[Hallicrafters] Hurricane delay tube

Probably an Amperite time delay.  Usually for long delays a 120V is used 
(120NO90) and for shorter delays a 6 voly is popular 6NO2 for 6 volts 2 sec 
delay.  Most are normally open (NO) and close when the delay is reached.
