At justradio.com they do not have part #'s go to http://www.justradios.com/orderform.html<http://www.justradios.com/orderform.html> find the values you want and place your order.
All the caps you need are on this page.
For the 80uf/450v caps C205 & C206 choose 2 each 100uf/450,
for the 30uf/350v multi section cap C204 A&B choose 2 each 33uf/350,
for the 20uf/250v caps choose 2 each 22uf/250,
for C203 the .oo1uf/1600v works just fine,
for C202 the X1/Y2 SAFETY CAPS @250vac choose the 0.01uf 250V

Walt,
Would you happen to have P/N's for me to order so I get the correct
caps to do the PS 150-120?
I have SX117/HT44 now and am looking at finding a great SR-150 soon as
I can.
Onlt have 1 PS at this time.

Lee,
I haven't found any kits. I rebuild 10 to 15 of the PS 150's and PS-500
a year my sources are:
http://www.justradios.com/orderform.html<http://www.justradios.com/orderform.html>
http://www.surplussales.com/Capacitors/Electrolytics/ElectrolyticIndex.html<http://www.surplussales.com/Capacitors/Electrolytics/ElectrolyticIndex.html>
I remove the multi-section cans and replace with singles under the
chassis. I replace all the diodes with !N4007's. Depending upon
what version of the PS-150-120 you have, R201 & R202 may be 15k, 20k or
25K resistors. I prefer to use the 25k it reduces heat quite a bit and
reduces the load on the xfmr. In the receive mode the HV is around 40v
higher than in transmit so the current and dissipation is actually
higher in the bleeder resistors. With the 25K resistors the discharge
time for the high voltage caps is still less than 3 seconds. Heat in
the power supply is the major life shortening factor for the
electrolytics.
The SR-150 and the SR-160 which use this power supply also have some
electrolytics that need to be replaced along with some oil/foil black
caps.
good luck with your restore.

Hi everyone
Does anyone offer a cap kit for the PS150-120?
Anything else in there I should replace while I'm at it?
Thanks

Lee, KC9CDT
