under Resources.  This is the Riders Troubleshooter on line.  If I remember right they have a section on the SX-23.

I understand that the SX-23 and SX-25 are very similar circuitwise; that the SX-25 may be the mass production derivative of the 23. Could be the 25 is one of Bill Halligan's famous reboxing efforts... maybe with a few rube types changed for more modern ones but the circuit remaining pretty much the sane?  But I couldn't swear to it.  I've never made a study of the two radios side by side.
