Just sent one of these to the scrap heap recently. Pretty sure it's
50s-60s vintage. Used by the FAA in towers, maybe others. Had the
usual olive drab wrinkle green paint job. Was the only one I've ever
seen, but I suspect there are a few out there kicking around.
