I thought we covered that earlier, perhaps it was another poster
Look at the response curve in the manual and the answer should be obvious.
That is the way it is!
I did have one that was extra bad and found that the LSB xtal was off 300
hz. Those seem to be pretty pricey rocks. Or, you can cheat, re-align the
whole if where you split the difference between USB and LSB and that is your
new set of numbers for 1650khz and the 50 khz follows too.
Ultimately I found for my taste that the best speaker for my 117 was the
cheapest tinnyest one I could find.
