[Hallicrafters] S-53(A) alignment help

Greetings all,

Need some help in finding somebody or a radio shop in the area of Portland, OR 
that is capable of aligning an S-53(A) for my dad.
Unfortunately I am too far away to do it for him and he is not in a position to 
attempt it.

Any suggestions?
