[Hallicrafters] FS: Hallicrafters HT-32 Mark 1/SX-101A

For sale:

Hallicrafters HT-32 Mark 1:  Excellent working condition.  The front 
panel has only an index mark scuffed by a knob skirt.  The bezel has 
some chips on the sharp edge which I touched up with Magic Marker.  The 
marks don't show from a couple of feet away.  I repainted the cabinet 
when I got it several years ago and it has accumulated a few chips from 
handling.  Spray can paint isn't very robust.

The wax & electrolytic caps in the SSB deck were replaced last year when 
I replaced one of the sideband crystals.

I've gotten excellent reports on this transmitter using a Shure 55SH 
mic.  It has full output on all bands.  Crystals for the 28.000 - 28.500 
and 28.500 - 29.000 included.

There are no mods except for PTT.

SX-101A:  Excellent working and cosmetic condition.  This one is all 
original.  The paint is in very good condition with only a few scratches 
and some edge damage on the bottom front of the cabinet from pulling the 
chassis. The top has four dark rings where something large sat on it in 
a previous life.  Front panel and bezel are excellent except some of the 
index marks have been cut by knob skirts.

Neither of the units have any operational issues except the switches and 
controls should be cleaned since they haven't been used much in the last 
year or so.

Asking $475 for the pair - will not separate.  Must be picked up at my 
QTH in Maryville, Tennessee which is about fifteen miles south of 
Knoxville.  Payment by postal money order.
