If it has 5 tubes and and no separate bandspread knob it is probably a 5-T sky buddy. The S-14 sky chief has 7 tubes counting the eye tube. The 5-T came with two styles of main tuning dial... with or without the "radio boy" .  A nice unmodified 5-T with original knobs  can be quite valuable to a radio collector,  especially if it has the  "radio boy " dial.  Many (most?) 5-Ts have been modified with extra switches etc., and sometimes an eye tube added.
