[Hallicrafters] Manual for SX-28 F.C.C.

I have one of these as well, but it is an SX-28 (not -A).  I confirm the 
single ended audio output stage ( the missing tube socket hole is filled 
with a nickel plated plug).  There is also an engraved bakelite tag 
screwed to the front panel identifying it as an FCC model.  Mine has the 
standard dark blue finish.  I have read that there were earlier FCC 
models in the SX-17, but I do not know the details.
