[Hallicrafters] Mershon Condenser

I was given a copper housed Mershon Condenser off a Crosley radio. I know
this is not a Hallicrafters topic, but am certain someone on the chat site
can advise me the best way to drain the can - it still has juice and holds a
charge. I want to mount it terminals down (liquid could drain over time) on
my restored AMRAD radio where the original AMRAD's MC used to be.
