[Hallicrafters] Halli In The Movies Help Request

In the movie "Wake Island" USMC pvt played by Robert Preston had an 
early Hallicrafters (?S-9 )in his tent. I was out of the cabinet. 
Movie has run on Turner Classic Movies. 

All the old Republic like Rocketman serials had an SX24 as a prop, they 
used it as a tranceiver!!
