I have an SX-101A alongside an SX-115, HQ-170A and 75A-4. Much prefer the SX-115 over the others. The SX-101A is 2nd, 75A-4 3rd and only keep the HQ-170A for 160 meter work, wish the SX-101A had kept 160 as then the HQ-170A wouldn't be needed.

Yes, the 75A-4 has 160 meters but I only have it in the shack when I have the Gold Dust Twins set up and in use. I don't have enough room in the shack to keep all the gear up and running, so I switch around once or twice a year to get to use different gear. The Gold Dust Twins are out of the shack for this winter, I hope to pair the SX-115 with my CE-200V as soon as I get a USB problem cleared up in the CE-200V, right now the SX-115 is in use ith an HT-37.

To me, my ultimate (ham-band only) receiver would be an SX-115 with 160 meters included. As it is, I need to keep a spare  receiver capable of 160 meters around.

As for a general coverage band cruiser, I don't think anything beats the SP-600/SX-73 receivers for pure boatanchor class. R-390/391's are great, but the wrist turning necessary to actually cruise the bands is too rugged.

Here are some views of how I rotate my gear thru the shack, haven't updated the pictures for a few years now so I'm missing views of a lot of current equipment (the SX-115 and CE-200V for example).
