Hi Richard,
I have both, but haven't used the SX-73/R-274 much lately. I wrote up
a comparison of features several yrs ago when I got the Halli, may have
it in "e-transmittable" form. If anyone would like to see it, drop me a
note. I got another R-274 a cupla yrs ago, it had a very touchy band
change, maybe I didn't spend enuf time getting into the nittygritty
before I passed it along.
Carl's given a good viewpoint. I like the tuning even better than the
SP-600, which I do really like. Like he said, it's not your everyday
Halli. It's made to mil. specs.
