[Hallicrafters] some SX-25 help

Need a bit of sx-25 help.

I am having problems with Band 4.

a) would someone happen to know how many turns are on the 1st RF transformer for band 4 ?
   I see one winding (the one with the thick insulation) but I don't see the other winding. 
   I checked a sx-24, and see about 3-4 turns of enamel wire on the 1st RF transformer for band 4
   in addition to the winding with the thick insulation.


b) When I measure plate voltage for the triode section of the 6k8, the plate voltage drops to about 75 volts
  on band 4. On the other bands it is > 100V.  The grid of the triode section reads negative for bands 1-3 and 
  about +3 - 4 volts on band 4 (even though the oscillator is oscillating).  Cathode is in the 3-4 volt range.
