Nor did it used to be when purchasing the paint right from Collins, 
which BTW was an expensive way to do it.

"In general" I've found the spray cans at ACE Hardware store come close 
enough I can't tell the difference at least on the ones I tried. OTOH I 
did mention I do far better with a regular spray gun than a spray can. 
Generally "good enough" for most people", but I'm fussy. That's probably 
why it takes me so long and costs so much to build it myself.
