With the S-meter, it sounds very much like a rig I sold to a gentleman in 
Alaska, as I recall.  This would have been quite a few years ago, but how 
many such s-metered versions could there be?  Would be interesting in a 
picture if you have one.

PS: Carls mention of a factory special is interesting, as the one I had 
sure looked professionally done and not a hack job done to "improve" the radio.
