[Hallicrafters] SR-400A Preselector tracking problem

Hi, gang!

My SR-400A is working, but the Preselector doesn't track properly. Tx and rx
do NOT peak at the same setting, as I believe they should. I have my Manual,
but this subject isn't covered specifically in the Alignment procedures.

The rig works fine except for this problem. PA tubes are balanced to less
than 0.1Vdc - I checked that this morning just to be sure.

Can someone help me out with this?
