Ive received shipped 4 of those monsters with no damage via UPS when
customers or sellers follow my instructions.

Remove and individually pack all tubes; ship Priority Mail.

I use 1" soft foam over the glass that I buy from a local upholstery shop.
That is held with 1" no mar tape and then the complete radio gets a double
rap with the large bubbles.

Select the inner box so that you can install a minimum of 1" hard builders
foam on all 6 sides. Select an outer box that will allow 2" hard foam on all
6 sides.

This will weigh around 70# so dont skimp on the tape.

In order to be able to collect on a damage claim read the shippers packaging
"guidelines" very close and follow them to the T.
