A couple of years back I wanted to rescreen the front panel of my Globe 
Champion 300A.  There was a local screen printing place that had their 
artist make a full size copy of the front panel in Adobe (something or 
other).  Cost then was $25 and I emailed the file to a company in 
Washington State.

They made the screens for me and furnished the frames for (as I recall) 
about $225.  It is not an easy cheap process so if enough people had the 
same panel, it could be a bit less but not much.  Once you have the 
screens the fun begins.  Painting and mixing the ink for the lettering 
is another challenge.

After my experience I decided to just be happy with what I bought or 
inherited.
