A couple of years back I wanted to rescreen the front panel of my Globe
Champion 300A. There was a local screen printing place that had their
artist make a full size copy of the front panel in Adobe (something or
other). Cost then was $25 and I emailed the file to a company in
Washington State.
They made the screens for me and furnished the frames for (as I recall)
about $225. It is not an easy cheap process so if enough people had the
same panel, it could be a bit less but not much. Once you have the
screens the fun begins. Painting and mixing the ink for the lettering
is another challenge.
After my experience I decided to just be happy with what I bought or
inherited.
