[Hallicrafters] AC Bypass Caps in SX-111 MK 1.

I'm recapping my SX-111 MK1 receiver and noticed that Hallicrafters uses
different types of AC Line Bypass capacitors on the input of the power
tranny.

A 600V molded paper cap is used on the hot (switched) side and a 1400V
ceramic disc is used on the other side.  Both are 0.01 uF.

I'm rather curious as to why Hallicrafters chose different type of caps.

I checked my SX-101A manual and both bypass caps are ceramic discs.
