[Hallicrafters] SX-16 knobs

My SX-16 has the knobs with plastic pointers, a couple of which are  
broken off.  Also full of tubular ceramic caps which have stood up  
very well over the years.  Found I could improve the IF selectivity  
considerably by removing the long leads from the IF xformers  over to  
the front panel "BROAD/SHARP" toggle switch.  Used the switch, in  
turn, to run an xtal calibrator I installed.  Surprisingly good  
performer for the era.
