Off the top of my head I would guess the original screws were #6-32 x 1/4" Type -1 tapping with a slotted indented hex and black oxide finish. I will be heading up to the radio room after a while and will double check that. If I missed it I will report back.

Hi,
ould someone please tell me the type (specification) of the screws used to
ecure the cover plate on the bottom of the SX-28 case? I presume theyre not
etric, so am lost, as have no familiarity with imperial types, and will need to
uy some.
Ive got an SX-28 with no cover plate, and will have to make one up.
