Ref; manual section 8-10, AUDIO AND RF PHASE SHIFT ADJUSTMENTS. I performed the procedure per the book. Then when I look at the RF with the spectrum analyzer the unwanted side bands were only 35db down. Carrier suppression is 53db down which is in spec. Using the spec. analyzer I can adjust RF0L and RF0C on the fly and get the unwanted side bands below 40db. However I can achieve balance and side band rejection with several combinations of the settings of RF0L and RF0C.

Question. Has anyone developed a process for using a spectrum analyzer to find
the proper settings for RF0L and RF0C.
