Hallicrafters TO keyer in all original, excellent condition.  Used recently.  Paint, front panel and cabinet are absolutely excellent.  a 9.5 out of 10.  This is the one with the Western Electric mercury wetted relay and will key virtually anything except a spark gap rig.
You will not be disappointed with the performance or appearance of this keyer.
