[Hallicrafters] Saturday 40 Meter Net

First a "welcome back to Duane".

There was a solar storm a bit over a week ago which led to a week that 
was pretty much dead. Then another storm on the 15th. Two weeks ago I 
was working Europe off a sloping dipole by 3:00 PM local with signals 
well over S9 both ways.  Today was much better than yesterday, at least 
from here.  Last night I was working a station in AZ that was well over 
S9.  3 minutes later I couldn't even hear him.
