I had a 1962 Buehler TurboCraft I bought used. Looked old and out of place
compared to newer craft of the late 70's, but with the 327 made marine
engine it threw quite a rooster tail. It had the original Hamilton Marine
turbine pump originally powered by a Continental Marine six.

This is what the boat looked like:

device unlike any newer boats and looked funky, but as the add states, the
boat could draft very shallow waters more so than any other. At Lake Powell
we could skim over sand bars others had to avoid, But it became a hole in
the water, we were moving, and to the Sea Scouts it went.
