[Hallicrafters] Flood Victim SX-28

Just look at the Halli book by Chuck Dachis. Halli probably was the most 
prolific manufacturer of radios ever and did ALOT for ham radio...for 
every ham and every ham's pocketbook.
Quite an amazing company.
