[Hallicrafters] Another try at legitimate Response

The number is a cellphone in England but can be forewarded anywhere in 
the world via a website and if you google it you will find that he was 
dealing in auto parts before.
We had this scam over here in Germany, he replied to nearly every wanted 
ad on a hamradio website. He used different names but always the same 
number. One German collector transfered him EUR 300 (about $450) by 
Western Union for a SX 115. Way to cheap to be true.
