Halli had to come up with something Todd, the HT-9 was long in the tooth and not selling well. Ive a prewar HT-9/SX-28 and a postwar version with a SX-42. No room here for a HT-20 also but if one shows I'll probably sell the later 9. You noticed I was interested in it and first thought it was for sale.
The deals were everywhere at the fest with many even lower than normal. The few who used Ebay as their guide hauled the stuff home again.
Parts for HB were in the 1950's price range and I hauled off plenty.

Jack, I saw that rig when Todd was hefting it out of the PT Cruiser. Very
nice and I hope you enjoy it.
I added a 32V2 and 75A3 to the collection from there on Friday.
You got a steal on that 32V-2, Carl - especially with all the spares. It was very clean, too. Saw one on the other end of the grounds that was a real dog, and the guy wanted $100 more than the asking price on the one you snagged (I know you bought it for much less).
HT-20 seems like the Hallicrafters response to the 32V etc minus the PTO/VFO. 4D32 modulated by a pair of 807s. Certainly an interesting rig that you don't see many of.
Just got home last night, was quite an adventure between the 'fest and pony express hauling gear there for folks and dropping stuff to others on the way back. To those who missed the biggest hamfest in the northeast because they thought the wx might be bad, well....you missed a great event with no precipitation and plenty of nice, old gear again.
