I usually use one of my Heath VF-1 VFOs with it.

Just took delivery last Sat. in NH at the October Nearfest of a HT-20 serial #1xx. What a beautiful piece of gear !! Hope to have it on the air soon with my SX73. Probably will need some help from either my sb200 or Yaesu FL2100B.
