Those are crochet hooks. Short and nubby plastic. Spring hooks are used by
techs who fix copiers, printers, and other commercial equipment along those
lines. There use to be a place in CT that catered to such techs, can't
recall the name. They sold cool little bottle oilers too, with a long,
flexible spout to reach tough places.

Any good electronics place like Newark should have them. A very handy tool
for sure.
