That tube may be ok! If I needed it, I'd probably take the chance. (I'm
not the seller or a shill!)
It looks like it's been in a landfill, but I'd bet that's actually rotted
foam rubber stuck on the tube. I've seen it happen with
electronic items packed in foam rubber which were stored for years my
attic (very hot in summer).
It's a gummy mess but it comes off with a little work.
