I believe you're referring to the two resistors on the left hand side of the RF deck (viewed from the underside ,and near the 5Z3 rectifier tube socket).One is R5(1k) and the other is R10(2.7K).
R5 supplies  plate voltage to V1 and R10 to V2.

Hi,
  I think I have identified the two resistors in the SX-28A I am working on.  
hey feed the two middle RF modules and I think the resistor going to V3 (mixer) 
s R14 and should be 2700 ohms and the second resistor goes to V2 (2nd RF) is 
10 and should also be 2700 ohms.  The two resistors connect to the 250 volt 
upply.  But I'm not sure.  I can no longer read the color codes and I would 
ike to positively identify them.   I can send a picture if that would help 
dentify just exactly what I am talking about.  Thanks for the help.
