Go to electrical contractor supply houses, like Graybar.  WW Grainger might carry this tool.  Look for a quality punch, like a Greenlee.  Don't buy cheap imported (i.e. Chinese) junk.

Newark Electronics may carry Greenlee, but maybe not the entire line.  Check out their (REAL) catalog.  I absolutely despise their web site... a tree's gotta die before I'm gonna buy.
