[Hallicrafters] SX-88 & SX-101 Knob

Most  are fairly easy fixes; 0-10 RF Gain/ AF Gain,  5-0-5 Antenna Trimmer 
and  5-0-5 Pitch are available from other models but "Bandwidth" and 
"Response" are  unavailable. I removed the damaged skirts and made a set of dies 
and an arbor in  the lathe and pressed the skirts back into shape and 
reattached to donor  knobs from a part set.
