[Hallicrafters] SX-88 & SX-101 Knob

At one time, it seems anyhow, that Dan Arney in CA, a brilliant engineer, 
was hoping to produce some reproduction knobs for a variety of receivers. I 
thought that Dan had produced and sold some several years ago.

What happened to Hank's production plans? If anyone could figure out a way 
to make a profit producting reproduction knobs, I figured Hank was the man. 
I am told that creating the dyes is very costly and one would need to sell a 
lot of knobs to make producing them practical. After all, vintage radio 
lover or not, people will only pay so much for any part. Hence, maybe having 
to pay twenty dollars for a single knob might not be practical.
