Hi Bob,
Well, Hams call it a "rag chew", so we vintage Hams who know what a "tube"
or a "valve" are, we call it a "Tube Chew". I doubt that either chewing on a
rag or crunching on a tube is good for the digestive tract! As far as taste
goes? Well, it the sense of flavor, forget it! But when it comes to having
good "taste" in radio gear, two thumbs up and permission to burn your nail
apron!
