[Hallicrafters] S-38C Owner Needs Manual

If you have an original manual for the Hallicrafters S-38c RX, N4KNO is a 
possible buyer. Ed has a S-38c with an apparent shorted on/off switch.

Since this receiver does not have a power transformer, and a chassis 
shorting to ground - such as the metal cabinet - can have a shocking reality 
moment, Ed could sure use some suggestions on the best way to fix the 
problem and potential hazard.
