[Hallicrafters] Hickok Tube Tester Adapter

I have a Hickok 6000A vacuum tube tester and I need to test some  
acorn tubes for a Hallicrafters S-36A receiver I am trying to  
resurrect.  To test the 954, 955, and 956 acorn tubes the manual says  
to use ADAPTER SA-7, 1050-9.  Does anyone have such an adapter, and  
if so would they loan it to me for a few days?  I may try to copy the  
adapter but I promise I will return it.
