Hi,  In 1963 or 1964 (or it could be 1962 but not after May 1964)  
there was an article in one of the popular electronics magazines  
describing a FM RF preamplifier using two 6CW4 Nuvistor tubes in a  
cascode connection.  The article was a construction article with  
number of turns on a ferrite core, schematic, power supply, etc.  If  
any of you have access to the early magazines and maybe recall the  
article, I would sure like to get a copy of the article.  Thanks.
