Hi Roger,
Yes, HEAVY is an operative word here. But a real pretty station setup.
I've seen SX-101A's, HT-32A/B's for sale in similar situations for as
little as $100, and maybe up to $200 - 250. That's with "condition
unknown", not powered up. Similarly, HT-33's would probably be $250-$350.
Biggest worries with the amp is the condition of the tube and the power
transformer. The PL-172's are known for getting gassy with non-use, good
ones are hard to find, and expensive. They're relatively scarce. I'd guess
that a working station with that setup could bring $1000 or more.
    I have a modified HT-33B, I think it's power xfmr went south and a
previous owner repackaged it in 2 homebrewed cabinets, with a very heavy
power xfmr. I've used it quite a bit in the last cupla yrs, but have
decided to sell it now as I've acquired a Henry amp that will fit in it's
place now that it's fixed up. I advertised it at $395 recently with little
interest, I'll post it here for folks to look at. But, I won't ship it. I
would take it to a buyer's choice of packing establishments for professional
packing & shipping.
