Hi Sandy:
I would re-align the RF section because everything begins with, and is
subordinate to the 10 meter adjustments. But for a short cut, peak the
transmitter at 3.5 Mc then without changing anything go to receive and peak
just the receive coil. If it does not track from end to end on the 3.5Mc
band, do the full RF alignment and if it still does not track, it may be
missing an EC that replaced the 3.5 Mc slugs to address tracking on the 3.5
