[Hallicrafters] Cinox Crystal Oscilator info search.

    I have a Cinox Crystal Oscillator p/n 0950-0411, freq. 10.0 MHz,  
s/n 904-77, Model H-128 which I would like to use as a standard.   
Does anyone know the power connections and voltage required at the 4  
pins. Currently pins 1 and 3 (from the RF connector) are tied  
together with a black wire.  Cinox doesn't respond to email and I  
thought someone here might have some data on this oscillator.
