[Hallicrafters] S-40A Sensativity

A Precision 200-C signal generator and a Eico 235 VTVM. and a B&K tube testor that has to have the meter repaired. I had the tubes tested in town on a Hickock. 
i've got to build up a frequency counter to back up the precision as its off frequency according to a 7.124mc rock in my old 723 Eico.
