Thanks to everyone who responded! It is great being part of the ham
fraternity! I am amazed and happy at the number of folks who have come

That is a great suggestion, Charlie.
The frequency counter is indeed jumping around on the lowest three digits of
the readout. I will try the receiver and see how it sounds. Many thanks.
