[Hallicrafters] PM-23 speaker repair

Yeah,you definitely have a damaged speaker.However,the price you will pay  
for getting it fixed by these "specialists"(including shipping etc) ,you can get 
 a BRAND NEW Jensen 10in. speaker or an old good one on ebay or other  sites.
I did the same with my R12 console ,the speaker sounds a LOT better  now.
the PM-23 I believe  requires a 10in speaker.
