[Hallicrafters] Speaking of SX101' s

With some help from Larry, WØHXS, I'm now able to supply the can 
capacitor as well as the complete re-cap kit for the SX-101A, as well as 
the MkI, MkII, and MkIII.

Though they all take the same can-cap, no two of these models have the 
same set of paper caps (for which I'm substituting 630V Mylars). 
Therefore I was hoping someone could give me a little help.

I couldn't find a plain SX-101 (no suffix) manual at BAMA - I was hoping 
there might be someone out there that had a manual for it that could 
supply me with the quantities and values of the paper and the 
electrolytic caps in this receiver.  Or possibly just send a scan of 
that page of the parts list.

Were there any other variations of the SX-101 that I'm missing here?
