[Hallicrafters] Tuning Knob Set Secrews

Using "Service Solvent" to soften up the cemet used to lock the threads, let
it set a while, then using
proper size allen/bristol tool heat -it- up with solder gun/iron. Works on
lotsa stuff for me.
