Yes, it is a military nomenclatured Hammarlund SP-200 type.
Prices vary, depending on condition. I bought mine in pretty good  
condition, working perfectly, with the original matching military  
supply and a set of spare tubes for $100, but that was about 10 years  
ago. I'd say complete with the power supply and in good condition,  
$250 would be an average price, +/- maybe 75-100 bucks depending on  
the seller and buyer willingness... I still have mine, it's a nice and  
well performing, good sounding receiver and I'm keeping it...
