[Hallicrafters] SX-96 Problems

Hi Hallicrafters guru's

I am working on an SX-96 Mark 1 A

I would like to know the voltages on the pins of  (V7)  6BJ7 it is the 
DET-AVG-ANL tube.

Resistance numbers would be nice too.

I have a nice loud signal on the transformer side of C76 that goes to 
pin 2. The signal on  pin 2 of the tube is much reduced.

The C76 27pf cap checks out ok.

I have changed the tube and no difference noted.

I seam to be getting the signal into the tube but have no audio output 
on pin six that goes to the audio amp section

The audio stage works fine as I can inject audio in the phone jack and 
it amplifies fine.

The voltages are very limited on the schematics are not very helpful to 
a beginner like me.

Anyway any help would be appreciated.
